By using this website to request a quote or make a booking, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About our services

Surekill Pest Control provides pest control services in and around Leeds, West Yorkshire. All services are subject to availability, suitable access, and a satisfactory assessment of the pest problem. Quotes provided through the site are estimates based on the information you supply and may be adjusted after inspection.

3. Quotes and bookings

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. A booking is only confirmed once we have approved the request and scheduled an appointment. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

You must provide accurate contact and address details so we can reach you and carry out the work. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may charge a missed-appointment fee.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge.

5. Limitation of liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, access difficulties, or problems caused by inaccurate information you provide.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by Surekill Pest Control or used under licence. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date at the top.
